Preparation Tips :
Shakes
- Pour 25 to 30 cl of fresh water in your Kriss-Laure shaker glass
- Add 3 level scoops to it
- Put the lid on and hold it tight, shaking it vigorously
- Your shake is ready!
NB: Never put hot water in the Kriss-Laure shaker glass.
Soups
- Pour 25 to 30 cl of hot water in a bowl (not boiling water)
- Add 3 level scoops to it
- Shake or mix thoroughly with a whisk
- Your soup is ready !
NB: Heat the water before mixing it / Never reheat your meal in the microwave.
Isotonics - "Tonic"
Tonic Kriss-Laure, the vitality drink for your daily hydration, for people following a low-calorie diet or for sportsmen and women's recovery.
Preparation tips:
- Pour cold water into your Kriss-Laure shaker glass
- Add 3 level scoops to it
- Put the lid on and hold it tight, shaking it vigorously
- Pour it all in a large empty bottle and fill it with more water
- Drink your 1,5L Tonic throughout the day !
NB: Add some ice for a fresssshhh effect !
Dessert creams - "Idée Délice"
"Idée Délice", ready-to-eat desserts. A complete daily ration for healthy and balanced diet, rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins.
Tips for use :
- An Idée Délice replaces a meal
- The product provides all the essential nutrients for a day
- It is important to drink enough water : 1 to 1.5 liter daily
- The product cannot be consumed for more than three weeks without medical advice (as an exclusive consumption)
- Exclusive consumption: At least 4 Idée Délice, throughout the day (morning, noon, snack, evening...)
Mon Smart Repas
My "Smart Repas", a quick meal for active people who want to eat healthy!
Preparation tips:
- My Smart Meal can be prepared both hot or cold, in a bowl :
- For a meal, pour 4 level scoops in 40 cl of water
- For a snack, pour 3 level scoops in 30 cl of water
- Shake or mix throughly with a whisk
- Your Smart Meal is ready, enjoy it !

Krissport
Do you want to optimise your performance during prolonged endurance efforts in a healthy and sustainable way?
Preparation tips:
- Pour cold water into your Kriss-Laure shaker glass
- Add 3 level scoops to it
- Put the lid on and hold it tight, shaking it vigorously
- Pour it all in a 50 cl bottle or a sport drinker and fill it with more water
- Drink regularly before and during exercise (1 to 2 sips every 10-15 minutes during the effort)
- Repeat it depending on the type of effort
NB: You can add ice cubes for a fressshhh effect / Drink within the hours of preparation
Chocolate gourmet bars - "Barres Gourmandes"
The ideal nutritional supplement if you feel a little peckish!
Tips for use :
- Have 1, 2 to 3 bars per day (as part of a diet where calorie intake is controlled)
- It is important to drink enough water : 1 to 1.5 liter daily.

You can have it :

As a PROGRAMME, in support of a situation of stress or fatigue (prolonged sustained effort, illness, medical intervention, etc.)
OR

ALL YEAR ROUND, in prevention against viral and bacterial attacks.
You can have IMMUNi-T everyday, dissolved with more or less water and mixed with or without other Kriss-Laure products.
Helpful tips :
- Pour the contents of one sachet (12g) into 10 to 15 cl of temperate plain water
- Mix until completely dissolved
